Malcolm qualified at ACCA in 1998 before joining Kreston Reeves in 2000 as the Firms Financial Controller. Following recognition for his interpersonal and organisation skills he was also awarded the position of Partnership Secretary in 2003. Malcolm leads the internal finance and accounting team for the Firm and amongst other responsibilities also covers company secretary functions such as business insurances, statutory, regulatory and institute returns. Since joining the Firm in 2000, Malcolm has seen and been involved with many changes, including due diligence and administration for mergers and acquisitions, the conversion from a traditional partnership to LLP status, several rebrands and the implementation of internal systems / procedures, as the Firm has developed and grown.
