We are delighted to announce that a group of Partners and Staff took part in a number of cycle events over September. The Kreston Reeves teams entered cycle events in London, Sussex and Kent clocking up a significant number of miles to help raise funds.

The cycle challenges were in aid of supporting our local office charities, which include: Odyssey, Friends of the Wisdom Hospice, Chestnut Tree House, St Peter and St James Hospice, The Haven, Children with Cancer Fund and Saint Luke’s Community Centre.

The Partners and Staff, who partook in the cycle challenge, biked up to 107 miles in a variety of locations. Andrew Griggs, our Senior Partner, commenced activities on Sunday 4th September by cycling with other Kreston Reeves team members from central London to Windsor, winding along the river Thames and covering a distance of 57 miles.

James Peach, Kreston Reeves Head of CSR, commented,

“The events have been a great success and all those that participated should be very proud of what they have achieved. It was a fantastic effort by all and there were some truly personal challenges out there (including my own!). It was great to get a mix of staff, clients and contacts involved in the cycle rides and we are truly grateful to those that have sponsored the Kreston Reeves team.”

Andrew Griggs, Kreston Reeves Senior Partner, commented,

“We were a mixed group of age ranges and abilities but we all had one goal – to raise as much money as we can for these important charities.

“I am proud to say that we continue to support our chosen charities in many wonderful ways from raising money from cake sales, quiz events to sky dives, but this cycle challenge represents the ongoing level of commitment in our pursuit of fundraising.”

There is still time to contribute and to do so please use our JustGiving page to support the team: https://www.justgiving.com/teams/krestonreeves-cycle

Kreston Reeves contribute significantly in fundraising throughout the year through a variety of activities and time commitment. The Firm will extend this level of commitment into the next five years of our CSR programme…and we have something even better planned for 2017!
