Leading your business through recovery – how to survive and thrive in 2021

As we enter 2021, the challenges of 2020 will continue to have an impact on business revenues. Our exit from Europe, the payment of deferred taxes, the end of rates relief, the commencement of the first CBIL repayments, and the end of restrictions on landlord legal actions are all likely to have an impact on businesses in every sector. We will provide you with some practical strategies on how to improve cash flow and maximise revenue and help you deal with these unprecedented times.

Kreston Reeves will be joining Coast to Capital and DMH Stallard to consider how to reduce the financial pressures of these demands. This will be an interactive session and participants will have the opportunity to raise questions and debate solutions in small groups facilitated by a legal or accounting expert.
