Founded in 1972 by Frank Lee Evans, Lee Evans Partnership is one of the leading architects practices in the South East and has been listed as one of the UK’s Top 100 Architects for three years running.

Based in Canterbury, Kent, the award winning practice has a reputation for its expertise in education, residential development, care, industrial and commercial, ecclesiastical, conservation and community based projects.

Nick Lee Evans, Managing Partner commented “We have been with Kreston Reeves from the start. They have consistently provided good strategic business advice and supported us through all types of market conditions. All architects are rapidly affected by fluctuations in the economic environment – we build that into our business plan – and have to adapt to them quickly. Kreston Reeves helped us to adopt a business structure to protect us from other risks. Some years ago we became a LLP [Limited Liability Partnership].”

The partnership’s multi-disciplinary team of architects, town planners, environmental consultants and CDM (Construction, Design and Management) co-ordinators enables the practice to offer an integrated service which addresses all aspects of a project at an early stage. Projects extend from small, domestic scale consultancy through to a full service provision.

The practice works throughout the south, south east and London for clients ranging from residential property developers to colleges, churches, charities and commercial enterprises. They include Abbey Homes, Pentland Homes, Central Sussex College, the National Centre for Youth Epilepsy, the Salvation Army and Eastwell Manor. Longstanding relationships have been established with many clients including Kent County Council, Shepherd Neame and Dulwich College Preparatory Schools in Cranbrook and London.

Whatever the sector or scale of work undertaken, Lee Evans Partnership provides architectural design to the highest standards. Environmental impact and sustainability are also carefully considered at every stage. Many projects have met with award winning success for their design and environmental credentials.

Nick Lee Evans continued “We like to develop long term relationships – and not just with our clients. Kreston Reeves have become trusted advisers on everything from accounts preparation to capital and succession planning. Like us, they provide the high level of personal service of a regionally based firm and combine it with the benefits of national award winning expertise.”
