We’re proud to announce that Matthew Creevy, Corporation Tax Technical Director, has achieved the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), placing him in the highest echelons of international tax professionals.

ADIT is an advanced level designation in international cross-border tax. The credential is designed by a board of world-leading experts and has been created to provide a robust foundation in international tax for the most senior tax professionals around the world.

Matthew joined Kreston Reeves in 2006 and specialises in international tax planning, UK tax planning for larger corporates and their shareholders, and advising on stamp duty land tax. He frequently delivers tax advisory projects which involve the reorganisation of larger corporate groups, often with a cross border dimension.

Matthew commented, “Studying for the ADIT has allowed me to enjoy a combined focus on both academic understanding and the practical ‘real life’ application. The qualification has strengthened and progressed my understanding of international tax and I look forward to putting what I have learned into practice when advising our clients on their cross-border requirements”.

Laurence Parry, Tax Partner commented, “I extend my congratulations to Matthew on behalf of the firm – I am delighted that Matthew has achieved this qualification which truly identifies him as an international tax specialist. Matthew continues to deliver top quality advice to clients both here in the UK and from our international referrals via our Kreston International colleagues across the globe. As a leading member of Kreston International we are part of the 12th largest accounting network in the world, and Matthew plays a key role in servicing their requirements.”
