Businesses in the manufacturing sector were already struggling to hire experienced staff for their technically more sophisticated production lines. The Coronavirus outbreak has added further pressure and companies are working hard to ensure they continue to produce goods whilst limiting the spread of the infection.
As well as practical areas such as implementing a shift scheme for your workforce, including the segregating of key staff so as to mitigate future risk and identifying where possible staff can work from home.
