Emma Chesson, Head of Online Services, was invited as a guest to AccountingWEB Talks online webinar on ‘How to build a practice fit for future growth’.

The session identified the areas where practice owners and managers should be focusing their attention over the next few years, which naturally has a digital emphasis.

Making Tax Digital (MTD) was, and continues to be, the driving force for futuristic thinking.

Emma said, “Since MTD we have been having different conversations with people internally that we would not have had before. We want to be looking forward and be more future-focussed with our clients.

“As a firm, we standardise our approach to work for our clients. Part of that has been incorporating online software. It is so important for us to collaborate with our clients and online systems enable us to do that easily.”

Emma is part of our Growth team helping businesses grow to the next level. She is also a specialist in Making Tax Digital. If you would like to contact Emma, you can do so on email here or on +44 (0)330 124 1399.
