ICAEW hosts ‘Sustainability in business’ workshops
Samantha Mason, Business Advisory Manager at Kreston Reeves, is hosting Sustainability in business workshops as part of her role as the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) South East.
The climate emergency is an issue that is defining our time. It is said to have potentially disruptive implications on the social wellbeing, economic development and financial stability of current and future generations. Wherever you work, whatever sector you work in, you can help reimagine ‘business as usual’ and fight for your world.
It’s not too late to make a difference, join us and ICAEW for one of the three Sustainability in business workshops in the South East. We need to start thinking as individuals, teams and as organisations about the steps we can take to preserve the thing that sustains us all – our own planet.
Samantha Mason, Business Advisory Manager at Kreston Reeves comments; “It’s absolutely vital for everyone – individuals and businesses – to continually review what more we can do to help the climate crisis.
“The workshops will be held in zero carbon locations and have speakers from WWF, ICAEW and other influential companies. We will showcase the film, Our Planet: Our Business and provide attendees with the opportunity to discuss and review what business’ can do to address the issues we are facing together”.
