Introducing our new dedicated business growth advisory team to help businesses achieve their ambitious growth plans.
The Growth advisory team draws upon the in-depth experience of accounting, financial and business advisory practitioners from across the firm but combines this with an innovative Brand, marketing and purpose focus. It creates a specialist team to provide practical, focused and hands-on support to help firms refocus, boost and achieve ambitious growth.
The team help businesses explore and address a wide number of areas including:
- Business model review;
- Assets and company valuation;
- Brand development;
- Business audit;
- Business purpose;
- Future mapping your business;
- Growth planning and strategies; and
- Sales advice and support.
The team also offers a series of group and personal workshops to help business owners better understand their Brand DNA, business development strategies and create a Growth system.
The Growth advisory team is led by Partner Mark Attwood who has over 20 years’ experience advising and working alongside growing businesses. The team have also partnered with Belinda Collins, who has over 22 years’ marketing, creative and strategic planning experience. Belinda has run large and successful marketing and creative agencies and business growth is something she is all too familiar with both from a personal perspective but more importantly having spent years building strategic marketing growth plans for clients. She works with the team to help bring the creative left-hand side of the brain.
