We strengthen Legal Services team with experienced private client solicitor
We have strengthened our Legal Services team with the appointment of experienced private client solicitor Taynia Pemberton. Taynia joined the team on 25 January.
Taynia brings considerable experience and expertise in wills, probate, trusts, succession, long term care planning, powers of attorney and securing the interests of elderly and vulnerable individuals. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly, and a volunteer for Age UK.
Commenting on joining the firm, Taynia said: “Kreston Reeves has a strong reputation for advising private individuals on a wide range of legal issues alongside its financial and tax planning team. Clients recognise the value in having Kreston Reeves provide that holistic approach to their personal and financial affairs. I look forward to developing my career further with the firm.”
Our growing legal team provides individuals with a wide range of support and advice from wills and probate to inheritance tax planning, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Simon Levine, a Partner in the legal team said: “In a complex and increasingly uncertain environment, the demand for high-quality advice and support for private individuals has never been greater. Kreston Reeves offers advice from highly experienced solicitors to help individuals shape their futures.
“We are thrilled by Taynia’s decision to join us. She has a fantastic track record in representing elderly individuals and will be a valuable new addition to the firm.”
