Jeannine has over 23 years’ experience working within various internal Talent Acquisition teams across a broad range of sectors including travel, airline, loyalty, financial services and retail.
Jeannine has lead TA teams covering all types of hiring such as high-volume recruitment campaigns, early careers, as well as technical and senior hiring. She is particularly passionate and focused on delivering excellent candidate experiences, supporting and coaching managers, implementing effective recruitment and selection processes and creating engaging employer branding content.
Having started her career in HR as a Trainer, Jeannine really loves to see how all the students we hire, grow and develop in their careers whilst on our training programme
Personal Interests:
Outside the office, Jeannine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her weekend days are often spent driving around Sussex to cheer on her kids playing football. Aside from a love of football, Jeannine is also a keen quizzer and takes part in regular local pub quizzes with her team the ‘Tequila Mockingbirds’ and also enjoys playing tennis, pilates and walking her 3 dogs.
