Lloyd joined the London Corporate Finance team in July 2022, transitioning from the Kreston Reeves audit department where he gained experience working on large and medium companies, including consolidated groups reporting under both IFRS and FRS. This experience has been spread across an array of industries, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Sports & Leisure, Financial Services and TV & Entertainment.

Since joining the team, Lloyd’s primary focus has been on due diligence, reporting account and buy-side advisory services, working on trade, debt and equity transactions. The sectors Lloyd has worked on during his time in Corporate Finance have varied and include transportation, agriculture, travel, marketing and maritime.

Personal interests

Lloyd enjoys running and entered the Jurassic Coast ultramarathon in 2023. Weekends involve a lot of golf and when not on the course, he can be found watching sport or out for long rides on his motorbike.
