Further information
Luke joined Kreston Reeves in 2023 as a Senior within the Accounts and Outsourcing team, bringing more than ten years of experience in accountancy practice. His primary role involves providing outsourced accounting and finance support to a diverse clientele, including assisting with the implementation and optimisation of practical, cloud-based accounting systems and delivering clear, consistent reporting. He also supports clients in enhancing core finance operations, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement, adapting his strategies to each organisation’s specific structure and priorities.
In addition to these responsibilities, Luke serves on the leadership team for the firm’s Creative, Media, and Technology (CMT) sector. He has cultivated particular expertise in supporting green and clean tech ventures, electric vehicle and mobility businesses, and event media and live production companies. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with founders and finance leads to develop finance functions that reflect the pace, structure, and commercial priorities of these industries.
Luke is a certified expert in both Xero and QuickBooks. He also contributes to industry discourse through insights and commentary on outsourcing, the CMT sector, sustainability, creative industries, and the practical financial demands of ambitious businesses.
