Randeep joined Kreston Reeves in 2020 as a Manager in the Corporate and International Tax Team. He is involved in a wide variety of tax advisory projects, working with companies and their owners to add value in a wide range of areas. These include Research and Development Credits, tax residency, reorganisations, tax due diligence on the purchase and sale of companies, group structuring, dealing with International groups and share schemes.

Randeep qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2016. He has spent most of his career working with owner-managed businesses, though during his time with Grant Thornton he worked on large and complex companies and partnerships in the financial services industry. Randeep specialises in corporate tax for both UK and International companies and groups.

Randeep sits on the ICAEW’s Business Tax Committee which covers Corporation Tax and Income Tax for businesses which means that he is engaged in the latest tax developments, sometimes even before they become law and has helped the ICAEW respond to various tax consultations and writes articles in ICAEW’s Taxline magazine. The most recent article was in relation to the tax implications for social media stars. He also sits on the R&D subcommittee of Business Tax Committee and is involved in HMRC’s Research & Development Communication Forum to keep up with the latest in Research and Development.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Randeep is a keen sports fan and loves all sports. For his sins, he is a season ticket holder at Arsenal and he also enjoys playing sports but mostly football. Randeep enjoys going to the theatre, visiting restaurants and socialising as well as being a keen reader and is part of the London office’s Book Club. He also enjoys travelling and exploring different parts of the World.
