Competition terms and conditions

New year prize draw

By replying to our post on LinkedIn or Twitter, you agree to the terms and conditions below and to be entered into our prize draw for a chance to win.

1. The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We).

2. The competition is only open to those who reply to our LinkedIn post or Twitter post.

3. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4. The competition closes for entries at12PM on Tuesday 4 January 2022.

5. There will be two winners, one from LinkedIn and one from Twitter.

6. The winning answer will be randomly selected by Kreston Reeves Marketing and Business Development team.

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person per platform.

8. The competition is not open to employees or Partners of Kreston Reeves LLP or related companies.

9. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.

10. We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is a new year hamper. The winner will be contacted to check for any dietary requirements, this must be responded to in line with section 13 below.

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The winner will be notified on the social platform they entered on within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.

14. The winner agrees to use their name in any publicity material, as well as the content of their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy found here.

15. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, Twitter or the company supplying the hamper.
