I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and Louise for all your hard work over the last year. It has been very much appreciated. Having first watched Mum's... More battle with dementia and then losing her last year, I can honestly say it has been an incredibly difficult time for Lisa and me. However, the way you and Louise have handled everything has made the whole process so much easier. I can't thank you enough for taking away so much of the stress, always taking the time to answer our questions, and guiding us through every stage with such kindness and professionalism. Professionalism was something that was very important to Mum. She wanted everything to be dealt with properly, and I know she would have been so pleased with the care, respect and attention you have both shown throughout the administration of her estate. While "professional" is the obvious word to describe your work, it doesn't really capture the compassion, patience and reassurance you have shown us along the way. I will sign and return the receipt once the funds have reached my account. I am also happy to receive Lisa's tax deduction certificates and pass them on to her. Please also pass on my sincere thanks to Louise. We are both truly grateful for everything you have done for our family over the past year, and we wish you both all the very best for the future.
