Rebanking
In many cases companies need to rebank either because their current bank no longer has an appetite for the particular sector they are involved with, or the business itself decides that the bank does not provide the level of service and/or interest in their business that they require.
We have contacts throughout the banking world and can arrange for companies to meet appropriate people from banks with an appetite for their sector.
Many companies on trying to change banks have difficulties and spend unnecessary time due to the fact that they are speaking to the wrong division, wrong bank or wrong person. We make introductions only to people we know.
Raising finance
Knowing where to go for finance is crucial. We understand what the banks are looking for and how it should be presented. We help with the preparation of appropriate financial information and discuss options with our clients before preparing a bank proposal.
Expansion funding
When companies are ready to expand we assist with business plans and find the most appropriate sources of finance. This can be from the mainstream banks, new challenger banks or it may be our contacts within venture capital trusts, development agency funding or web based products.
Property finance
We maintain links across the finance industry with property specialists. These include those mainstream banks with appetite for property, the emerging banks and some specialist players. This involves both residential and commercial investment funding together with property development finance, buy to lets and commercial mortgages for owner occupiers.
