Kreston Global’s Liza Robbins named 2026 Accounting Leader of the Year by IAB

We’re delighted to share that Kreston Global’s Chief Executive, Liza Robbins, has been named 2026 Accounting Leader of the Year by the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), recognising her leadership, international influence and contribution to the accounting profession.

The award recognises Liza’s leadership of Kreston Global since her appointment as Chief Executive in 2018. During that time, she has overseen a period of significant transformation, strengthening the network’s position as one of the world’s leading international associations of independent accounting and advisory firms.

Today, Kreston Global operates in more than 110 countries, with Liza leading the organisation’s evolution into a more commercially focused, globally connected and forward-looking network. Her leadership has included the successful rebrand of Kreston Global in 2021, the relocation of its global headquarters to London and continued international growth.

The IAB award citation also acknowledges Liza’s wider international career and her experience leading strategic growth and organisational change across complex global organisations. Before joining Kreston Global, she served for almost ten years as Chief Executive of Morison Global, where she led a major transformation programme, expanded the organisation’s presence to more than 80 countries and established it as one of the world’s leading global accounting associations.

Alongside her commercial achievements, Liza has been recognised for her commitment to diversity and inclusion. As one of a small number of women leading a major international accounting network, she has consistently championed greater representation, modern leadership practices and inclusive workplace cultures across the profession.
