We have a great time at Pride Canterbury

A group of Kreston Reeves colleagues recently celebrated LGBTQ+ identity by joining the parade through Canterbury City Centre and enjoying the live entertainment at Dane John Gardens. 

Pride Canterbury is a spectacular event for the whole family, and this year we had the pleasure of working with the organisers closer than ever, increasing our yearly support for this important grassroots event.  

Tens of thousands of rainbow-clad revellers joined in the celebrations that culminated at Dane John Gardens, headlined by drag superstar Baga Chipz, local queen River Medway and a DJ set from Denise Van Outen, amongst others. 

We, as a firm, hold ourselves accountable against four of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals – ‘Good health and wellbeing’, ‘Quality education’, ‘Climate action’, and ‘Reduced inequalities. Therefore, we are acting to affirm equal opportunities not just at Kreston Reeves, but in our local communities; as well as raise awareness by educating others about the adversity LGBTQ+, BAME, women and neurodiverse people face.
