We make South East Dealmakers Awards 2021 shortlist

Our Corporate finance team has been shortlisted for the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021 for Deal of the Year 2021 (transaction size below £10m), for its role in the Investment in Mixergy by Foresight Williams Technology.

The winners for each category will be announced at the annual South East Dealmakers awards dinner on 17^th June 2021.

Foresight Williams Technology made a £1.6m investment into Mixergy, which has developed a smart hot water tank that provides a better user experience for customers, saves energy and can help balance the National Grid. The investment is funding growth, having secured a national roll-out, and supports expansion into Europe.

We are delighted to have been shortlisted for our role in this deal. Despite the difficulties of 2020 and the postponement of a number of transactions during Q2, the investment and M & A sector bounced back in Q3 and has remained reasonably buoyant since. We are seeing an appetite for investment and deal opportunities continuing into this year and we look forward to playing a key role in this here in the South East.
