Shruti is a Corporate Finance Executive with experience advising owner-managed businesses on sell-side transactions across a range of sectors, including real estate, education, technology, manufacturing and retail.

Having started her career with a placement year in Corporate Finance, Shruti has developed a strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and built long-standing relationships with clients, management teams and professional advisers. She supports clients throughout the sell-side process, from preparing high-quality marketing materials and information memorandums to identifying and engaging with the most suitable strategic and financial buyers.

As a member of the Creative Media and Technology (CMT) sector group, Shruti has a particular interest in businesses operating within the technology and creative industries. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve successful outcomes and takes pride in delivering a professional and tailored service throughout every stage of a transaction.

Shruti has successfully supported the completion of multiple transactions and is ACA qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Personal interests

Outside of work, Shruti enjoys wellness and fitness, travelling, and planning events. She is also a keen linguist and can speak five languages, enjoying opportunities to connect with people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
