• Full statutory audit of UK and Jersey registered entities, conducted in accordance with ISA (UK) and relevant Companies Act requirements
• Conducting large group statutory audit engagements, including working in close coordination with the appointed component auditors to deliver on complex audit deliverables
• Utilising the Kreston Global network in suggesting capable non-UK component auditors as and when these may be required
• Presenting thorough audit planning and audit reporting to the audit committee at the start and end of the engagement, including the publishing of a detailed final report

• Delivering deeper insights in complex areas of accounting informed by the wide range of auditors experts we can draw on
• Performing reviews over mid-period financial information market announcements; these can be full ISRE 2410 interim reviews or something more light touch based on your businesses’ requirements
• Introducing independent experts for tax and accounting and other advice, both in the UK and internationally, to support your needs in areas where Kreston Reeves can’t directly assist
