We have recruited 48 new trainees and students across our offices in London, Kent and Sussex.
The intake of trainee accountants will be studying under our apprenticeship scheme, recently rated ‘Good’ in one of Ofsted’s first inspections of an accountancy employer provider.
Students will be studying for a range of qualifications including the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA), Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Certificate in Finance and Business (CFAB) qualifications.
The intake includes a mix of GCSE and A-level, graduates, those on industrial placements, joining our already 95 strong apprenticeship scheme.
Karen Thompson, Head of Learning and Development, said: “Every year, we enable students to start their career at Kreston Reeves. My congratulations and very warm welcome to this year’s 48 trainees.”
Sharn Manku, HR Director, said: “Our employer training provider status, and now ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, means we are creating the tax, audit and advisory partners of tomorrow.”
Lastly, Richard Heasman, HR Partner and Head of Forensic Accounting said: “Our apprenticeship scheme helps us attract and build homegrown talent, proactively addressing social mobility and community needs. The addition of such a large pool of fresh talent and perspectives enables the firm to continue to grow, develop and provide the highest quality client service across our region.”
