We advise global events company on UK acquisition

We have advised Diversified Business Communications Ltd on its acquisition of Redbridge Events Ltd.

Diversified Business Communications is a global digital media and events company. It organises and manages more than 150 trade shows across nine countries attracting more than a quarter of a million people every year. Its trade shows include Accountex, the British Tourism and Travel Show and HR Expo.

Redbridge Events has built a strong business based on its organisation and management of trade shows in London and Amsterdam, including the popular Workspace Design Show.
