Craig joined the London corporate finance team in 2021. He primarily focuses on due diligence and buy-side advisory, working with debt and private equity providers, as well as directly supporting acquisitive companies.

He has over 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, advising on a range of lead and transaction services engagements including fund raising, MBOs, acquisitions and disposals. These have encompassed a breadth of sectors, notably transport, waste management and technology.

Transactions Craig has previously supported include ComfortDelGro’s acquisitions of Dial-a-Cab and Argyle Satellite, Inflexion’s investment into Comparison Technologies, Shawbrook’s funding of green waste technology at Rabbit Group and the sale of Duty Management Services and Ashford Applications to Dutch company Customs Support Group.

Personal interests

Craig enjoys most sports, in particular football, snowboarding, cricket and golf, and is a regular on the London cabaret scene; although all of these have been put on hold by the arrival of his daughter in 2020. He has also completed two wine marathons so far…
