Since joining the team in 2016, David has worked with a diverse range of clients and developed a large portfolio covering various sectors where David can assist with all of their accounting, tax and other financial needs.

Since 2018 David has worked alongside many start-up Biotech and Life Science companies to help assist them with all of their accounting needs, with an aim to allow them to focus on what they do best – developing new and exciting medical devices and products for market. In many instances, David has assisted them to raise 3^rd party finance in order to help with the development of their products, support in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as guiding them on their journey after they have made a successful exit.

David has previously helped support several of his clients on their acquisitions by large pharmaceuticals, and subsequently assisted them on their transitions to being part of a publicly listed group.

Personal interests

David enjoys playing and watching football and is a life long Nottingham Forest supporter, also enjoying watching many other sports such as American Football and Athletics. Away from sports David enjoys spending time with his family and 3 children, taking them camping and exploring.

Having previously trained as a Chef and worked both locally and in London David still has a passion for food and cooking, just at a much more leisurely pace now.
