Hayley joined Kreston Reeves in 2010 from the University of Southampton and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. Whilst training, Hayley was awarded the prestigious accolade of the ICAEW’s ‘Little Prize’ and ‘Watts Prize’ for securing first place, internationally, in two of her ACA exams.
Based at the Chichester office, Hayley specialises in supporting owner-managed businesses of varying sizes, whether sole traders, partnerships or companies, UK-based entities or those venturing into international trade. Her diverse experience across broad range of businesses, including software development, publishing, public relations and property businesses, enables her to provide invaluable insight and guidance to her clients.
Hayley is passionate about guiding clients at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey, whether supporting their start up or facilitating growth strategies through providing budgeting and forecasting advice at scale up stage. She thrives on optimising systems, providing timely and strategic advice to businesses, and empowering her clients to realise their full potential.
Hayley also oversees the delivery of statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and VAT returns, as well as more bespoke services such as management accounts. Her collaborative approach ensures that clients receive tailored solutions aligned with their objectives, fostering a solid professional relationship built on trust.
Hayley also has a pivotal role in our environmental, social and governance (ESG) programme. She co-leads the focus on ‘Good health and wellbeing’ by working collaboratively with internal teams and external experts, designing, and executing initiatives focused on physical health, mental wellbeing, and work-life balance. She aims to build and maintain an environment where individuals are empowered to prioritise their health and thrive both personally and professionally. Her passion comes from a solid understanding of the interconnectedness between health, productivity and overall success and a genuine concern for the wellbeing of others. Hayley is instrumental in positioning Kreston Reeves as a trailblazer in promoting ‘Good health and wellbeing’, not only within the organisation but also within the broader community.
Personal interests
Hayley leads an active lifestyle, balancing her passion for fitness with leisurely pursuits such as shopping and trips to Starbucks. However, her greatest joy lies in moments spent with her loved ones, underscoring her commitment to a healthy work-life balance.
