James joined a previous incarnation of Kreston Reeves in July 2010, shortly after returning from a trip to South Africa for the World Cup. He has 25 years’ experience working in tax, including time with two of the top 5 firms. This has resulted in working on a wide range of topics including time spent in Brussels advising on international issues and working with well known international sportsmen and women. This has helped to develop James’ knowledge and understanding of the interaction between various taxes affecting individuals. To add a further string to his bow, James has recently joined the Cryptocurrency team, and helps to advise clients on the tax implications of Cryptocurrency trading.
Personal interests:
James is a season ticket holder at the mighty Brighton & Hove Albion and likes to squeeze in a few away trips each season. He is a keen music fan and collector of vinyl records and likes to attend gigs. James also likes to read historical fiction books and likes to travel, with plenty more places still on the bucket list.
