Nathan joined the Corporate Finance team in June 2024, where he focuses on delivering financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as reporting accountant engagements. He works with a broad range of clients, providing clear financial insights to support successful transactions and strategic decision-making.

Nathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a First Class MSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick.

Before joining the Corporate Finance team, Nathan led large group audit engagements across Kreston Reeves’ London and Horsham offices. He gained experience working with businesses across a range of sectors, including aviation, manufacturing, hospitality and e-commerce, providing him with a strong commercial and financial perspective.

Personal interests

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, pursuing bodybuilding and boxing, and reading science-backed research, with a particular interest in pharmaceutical science and nutrition.
