Sophie joined Kreston Reeves in October 2016, bringing with her four years’ experience in the health and pharmaceutical sector, where she developed a strong foundation in data management and analytics. She transitioned into the Corporate Tax team in August 2018, based in the Canterbury office, where she has since built extensive expertise in Corporate Tax compliance.

Sophie became a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) in January 2023. She primarily manages a corporate compliance portfolio, supporting a wide range of clients with their tax obligations. Her work includes a strong focus on capital allowances, alongside a specialism in advising not-for-profit organisations, helping them navigate complex compliance requirements effectively and efficiently.

In addition to her client-facing work, Sophie is actively involved in the firm’s wider initiatives. She serves on the Executive Committee Board of the Kreston Reeves Foundation, contributing to its strategic direction and charitable activities.

Personal interests

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys cooking and is working her way through a growing cookbook collection, with a goal of trying a new recipe every week. She is also a keen advocate for second-hand shopping and making more sustainable lifestyle choices. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family including Norman the Border Terrier.
