Tom joined Kreston Reeves in Canterbury in 1999 and qualified in 2002 within the corporate services team. He joined the forensic accounting and business valuations team shortly thereafter and has been a key member of the team since then.

Tom now heads up the valuation team at Kreston Reeves and prepares valuation reports for financial reporting, tax, transactional and litigious reasons. He also has a strength in database analysis required for complex financial investigations and modelling and prepares reports as an expert witness. Tom has assisted with the purchase and sale of many businesses including for MBO or EOT purposes, he prepares complex financial reporting valuations such as PPA and fair value reviews, he has also written numerous reports for Court proceedings both in relation to civil and family court valuations but also in relation to other financial losses for the civil and criminal courts.

Tom has given evidence in person in Court and in mediation / arbitration on numerous occasions.

Personal interests

Tom is the treasurer of multiple local charities and enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
