Werda is an experienced transactions and advisory professional with a strong background in financial due diligence. Werda joined Kreston Reeves as part of the Corporate Finance team in October 2025, where she focuses on delivering high-quality financial due diligence reports.

Werda is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds both a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS University of London.

Prior to joining Kreston Reeves, Werda was an Associate Director at Cortus Advisory, where she led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements on transactions typically ranging from £10m–£15m. She also chaired the firm’s ESG committee, due to her prior experience at an ESG consultancy.

Personal interests

In her spare time, Werda is studying towards HSK Level 3 (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi), the standard Chinese language proficiency test for non-native speakers, having previously achieved scores of 95% in HSK Level 1 and 96% in HSK Level 2.  Werda loves going to the gym and practicing her archery in her spare time.
