Over breakfast, we will be discussing a number of current topics affecting the sector, including:

Academy trusts are facing growing workforce pressures, including staffing shortages, more complex disciplinary and grievance cases, updated safer recruitment and safeguarding expectations, and changes in flexible working and industrial relations. Our roundtable will explore the employment law implications of these challenges and provide practical guidance to help Trust leaders stay compliant while supporting a positive working environment.

The roundtable discussion will be hosted by Simon Webber, a Partner and Head of Academies and Education at Kreston Reeves, who will share his knowledge of the sector and the current issues it is facing. This will be an opportunity for you to discuss and share your views with Business and Finance Managers from other local schools.
