Who should attend:

This webinar is ideal for individual landlords whose combined annual gross income from self-employment and property exceeds £50,000, or who expect to reach this threshold in the near future. This excludes income from employment, dividends, pensions, or partnerships.

Please note: The threshold will drop to £30,000 from April 2027, so if you expect to exceed this amount by then, this webinar will also be relevant to you.
