Festive competition 2025 terms and conditions

Season’s greetings #KRestive pets social media competition

By interacting on our Season’s greetings #KRestive pets competition on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, you agree to the terms and conditions below and to be entered into our competition for a chance to win.

  • The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We).
  • The competition is only open to those who enter by commenting on our competition post with their festive pet photo (LinkedIn, Facebook) or direct messaging us their pet photo (Instagram). An entry can be made on each of the competition posts. Entries must be made between 09:00 on Monday 1 December 2025 and 11.59pm on Sunday 14 December 2025. Any entries made after this point will not be counted. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.  Staff members of Kreston Reeves are eligible for entry, and there is a separate prize of equal value for a staff winner and for a winner outside of our firm.
  • The competition closes for entries at 11.59pm on Sunday 14 December 2025. Any entries made after this point will not be included. The winners will be notified on Monday 15 December and announced both internally and externally via socials on Tuesday 16 December (Subject to us being able to contact winner on 15 December, if we cannot, we reserve the right to change or delay announcement dates accordingly).
  • To enter on Facebook or LinkedIn, participants must comment with a picture of their festive pet with the hastag #KRestivePets. To enter on Instagram, participants must like the post and direct message us with the picture of their festive pet.
  • The winning entries will be based on a random prize draw of all entrants using an independent 3rd party tool. Separate draw for internal and external.
  • Entries can be made on each of the competition posts on each of the social media channels, meaning each person can make up to 3 entries.
  •  For your entry to be considered, your profile privacy and visibility settings must be set so that Kreston Reeves can see your entry. You must also follow our social account on each/all of the social platforms you choose to enter on (for example, you would need to follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram if you wanted to make 3 entries)
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.
  • We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The prize is a £100 e-gift card from John Lewis. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they entered through and asked to provide their email address. The prize will then be sent electronically via email. The email address will only be used for the purpose of sending the prize and will not be used for marketing or any other purpose. Validity period, retailer restrictions, and redemption terms apply as determined by the issuing retailer. The retailer has no involvement in, and does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion.   • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social channel(s) they entered via, on Monday 15 December 2025 (the internal winner will be contacted via internal communication methods). If the winner cannot be contacted by 11.59pm Wenesday 17 December 2025, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.
  • By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish your entry content (including any photo) for the purpose of administering, judging, reporting and promoting this competition. You confirm your entry is original to you, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful, inappropriate or unsafe content. Personal data will be processed only in accordance with our Privacy Notice here. 
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or any retailer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Our aim is for the prize to be delivered to the winner before 25 December 2025 however this cannot be guaranteed. Kreston Reeves cannot accept responsibility for the duration of, or any delays, in delivery.
  • This promotion is subject to the UK CAP Code and will be run in accordance with the ASA’s rules for prize promotions.
