Our team recently joined over 200 delegates from 60 countries in Tokyo for the incredible Kreston Global World & APAC Conference, held from 18 – 21 November 2025.

The conference brings together firms from across the Kreston Global network to share insights, strengthen connections, and explore the future of accounting and advisory services.

Representing Kreston Reeves:

The conference theme, ‘Leading in a changing world’ focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping our profession. Key topics included:

  • Business sustainability, resilience, adaptability and people
  • Digital transformation and innovation
  • Professional ethics and quality standards
  • Regional insights

The team enjoyed thought provoking keynotes, dynamic break out discussions, visiting the host firms’ offices and cultural experiences, including taking part in a ‘breaking the barrel ceremony’ and an address from the Governor of Tokyo.

What our Partners said:

Anne Dwyer, Audit Partner, comments, “The discussions were inspiring, reinforcing the importance of innovation and sustainable growth. We’re excited to bring these learnings back and turn them into actionable strategies that will benefit our clients and partners”.

Tom Boniface, Tax Partner, comments, “The conference was a fantastic opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore emerging trends, and strengthen connections that will shape our collective offering for clients around the world. It is an exciting opportunity for Kreston Reeves to further strengthen their knowledge of not only the global market, but in-particular the APAC market as a whole.”.

Andrew Griggs, who also formally stepped into his role as Chairman of the Kreston Global Board, in addition to his role as Senior Partner at Kreston Reeves, during the conference, comments, “It’s clear that challenges and opportunities ahead will require bold thinking. During the conference I spoke about the importance of the ‘resilience equation’ which I’ll cover in my upcoming article. Our collective commitment to partnership across borders will also be key. It was a privilege to represent our firm on such a stage and to engage in conversations that are shaping the future of our network and sector”.
