Kreston Reeves and Brachers win KCFA ‘Deal of the Year’

Kreston Reeves and Brachers have won the Kent Corporate Finance Alliance (KCFA) ‘Deal of the Year’ for their fundraising and acquisition work with Drink Warehouse UK.

Kreston Reeves advised Drink Warehouse UK Limited (“Drink Warehouse”) on its equity investment from Percipient Capital, debt refinancing, Kent County Council loan and two acquisitions. Our team included Scott Miles who worked closely with Matt Simmonds of Brachers LLP to complete the transactions.

It was a great pleasure to help Drink Warehouse UK with their fundraising and acquisitions. With the professional efficiency of both sets of lawyers, the transactions were completed swiftly and with the minimum of disruption to the business.
