Applications are now open for MegaGrowth 50, the annual awards programme that highlights the 50 fastest-growing companies across Kent.
This respected ranking celebrates the achievements of dynamic businesses that are making a significant impact on the local economy. Whether you’re a rising startup or a well-established enterprise experiencing rapid expansion, MegaGrowth 50 offers a valuable opportunity to showcase your growth and connect with other ambitious organisations.
Now in its 22nd year, this annual list is based on the average turnover growth of privately owned businesses that have a minimum turnover of £1 million, as stipulated in full accounts registered at Companies House across the last four years.
Businesses with four years’ notable turnover growth that do not register full accounts at Companies House can also be recognised and are invited to submit their accounts for consideration.
MegaGrowth 50 is proudly delivered by us and leading law firm Brachers, in collaboration with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.
Andrew Griggs, Senior Partner, said: “Kent is home to an incredible range of ambitious and resilient businesses, and MegaGrowth 50 shines a light on those quietly achieving remarkable growth. It’s a privilege to celebrate their success and to champion the entrepreneurial spirit that makes this county such a dynamic place to do business. Our long-standing involvement with MegaGrowth 50, of over 10 years, reflects our commitment to supporting Kent’s business community and recognising the achievements that often go unnoticed.”
James Bullock, Head of Corporate and Commercial at Brachers, added: “MegaGrowth 50 is a fantastic celebration of the innovation, ambition and resilience that define Kent’s business community. At Brachers, we’re proud to support this initiative and to work alongside businesses that are driving growth and creating opportunities across the region. These awards not only recognise commercial success, but also the leadership and vision that inspire it.”
Tudor Price, Chief Executive Officer, Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, added: “Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is proud to continue its support of MegaGrowth 50, now a longstanding partnership that celebrates the success and resilience of Kent’s fastest growing businesses. Our involvement underscores the Chamber’s commitment to championing local business growth, offering guidance and support through the opportunities and challenges that come with scaling at pace. MegaGrowth 50 is a testament to Kent as a thriving place to do business.”
If you have filed a full set of accounts at Companies House in each of the last four years, you do not need to fill out an application form as your figures will be downloaded by the MegaGrowth 50 project team.
Others who wish to be considered should complete the application form. It’s free to apply.
The deadline for all applications is 5pm Friday 7 November 2025.
The MegaGrowth 50 will be published in the April edition of Thinking Business magazine. All ranked companies will be invited to a free celebratory breakfast on Tuesday 17 March 2026, at the Tudor Park Marriott Hotel, Bearsted, near Maidstone.
