Acting as Reporting Accountants, we have advised Sundae Bar Plc on its successful AIM listing. Sundae Bar Plc was admitted to trading on 3 June 2025, raising £2 million.

Formerly known as Kondor AI PLC, Sundae Bar Plc recently acquired Ora Technology PLC to accelerate the development of its sundae_bar AI agent marketplace, leveraging Ora’s ready-to-deploy infrastructure for secure transactions, compliance and AI agents management.

The company’s objective is to create a unified, scalable and accessible sundae_bar platform, which simplifies the process of bringing AI agents to market. AI agents are software systems capable of autonomously perceiving their environment, making decisions and taking action to achieve specific goals on behalf of a user or another system.

With AI agents emerging as a transformative force in the ever-evolving AI landscape and the AI agent market projected to grow from £5.1 billion in 2024 to £47.1 billion by 2030, sundae_bar is positioned within one of the fastest-growing segments of the AI industry.

Our team was led by Corporate Finance Director Craig Dallender, who was supported by Audit Senior Manager Jeremy Marshall, Tax Partner Mohammed Mujtaba, Corporate Finance Manager Sakshi Gupta and Audit Senior Emelia Greenland.

Craig Dallender said: “We are delighted to have work alongside the Sundae Bar Plc on its admission to AIM. It is an exciting business at the forefront of AI agent technology with an ambitious growth plan.

“We have a growing reputation and track record in acting as Reporting Accountants to companies wishing to list across a range of sectors; but, in particular, sundae_bar becomes the third AI company we have helped in the last 18 months or so. We have the strengths to help businesses grow through listings, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.”

Jill Kenney, Chief Executive Officer of Sundae Bar Plc said: “This is an exciting day for all of us at sundae_bar. We’ve been thrilled by the positive response we’ve received so far to our move to AIM. Our goal is to transform how AI innovation reaches users and enterprises, and successful placing and admission to AIM marks a step towards that vision.

“With 2025 shaping up to be an inflexion point for AI agent adoption, driven by rapid development and a clear lack of supporting market infrastructure, we believe sundae_bar is perfectly positioned to lead in this emerging space.

“We are enormously grateful to Craig and the team at Kreston Reeves throughout this process. It is reassuring to have such an experienced and responsive team on hand.”
