We are shortlisted for six corporate finance awards

We have been shortlisted for six prestigious corporate finance awards across five categories at the forthcoming annual South East Business Insider Dealmakers Awards.

The nominations follow the firm winning (jointly with the law firm Brachers) the annual Kent Corporate Finance Alliance ‘Deal of the Year 2025’ award last month.

The firm has been shortlisted in the following categories:  

• Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year 
• Transaction Services Team of the Year 
• Emerging Dealmaker of the Year – Jihad Karambizi 
• Deal of the Year (sub £10m) – Management Buy-Out of the JS Air Curtains business from Condair Ltd 
• Deal of the Year (£10m-£40m) – Management Buy-Out of WW Martin Ltd 
• Deal of the Year (£10m-£40m) – Sale of Orchard Plumbing Ltd to an EOT

The annual Dealmaker Awards celebrate the contributions made by accountancy firms, lawyers, banks and corporate finance practitioners across the South East, with the winners announced in March 2026. 

Corporate Finance Directors Darren Hurdle and Craig Dallender said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the firm and the Corporate Finance team.
