Jihad joined the team in 2023 as a M&A Manager focused on all the aspects of M&A advisory.
Jihad built his experience in Corporate Finance at BDO UK LLP focused primarily in the Life Science sector working on acquisitions, disposals, strategic reviews and valuation assignments. More recently, Jihad has gained advisory exposure to FMCG, industrial and engineering sectors whilst working at a Family Office in London.
Prior to transitioning into M&A Advisory, Jihad gained experience leading complex audit engagements across a range of sectors including manufacturing, media and retail.
Jihad qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa where he completed his Chartered Accountant articles at Moore Stephens Cape Town. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance & Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Cape Town.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Jihad enjoys reading, cooking, and cycling as well as exploring London for the best pâtisserie.
