Emily joined Kreston Reeves in 2008 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2014. Over her career she has worked with a diverse range of clients, advising them through all stages of the business lifecycle and supporting their accounting, tax and wider financial needs.

As Accounts Director and Head of our Financial Reporting Team (FRT), Emily leads the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting services across the firm. She is passionate about developing robust and efficient reporting processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting businesses in building strong financial foundations.

Emily has a specialist sector focus in Real Estate and ESG, helping clients create sustainable business models and adapt their finance functions for long‑term success. She thrives on guiding organisations through change, whether by diversifying strategy, improving systems, or implementing best‑practice financial governance.

Driven by her personal purpose of sharing knowledge and bringing people together to stimulate innovation and growth, Emily is recognised for her collaborative approach and commitment to creating lasting value for clients, colleagues and communities.
