Further information
Karen has over 35 years experience in her field, having gained experience in both large London accountancy firms and smaller firms. She joined Kreston Reeves as a Senior Manager in 2012.
Karen works with her clients to develop strong personal relationships in order to provide bespoke estate planning advice not only to mitigate tax but also ensure that the advice fits with the family and their individual needs. This often includes the use of trusts, where appropriate.
She prides herself on the relationships that she has built up with clients over the years and uses this strategy to attract new clients.
Karen also understands the difficult times people go through when they lose a member of their family. She helps the family to obtain probate and deals with the estate in a sympathetic manner.
Karen also deals with the compliance requirements for probate, trusts and estates and ensures that HMRC deadlines are met.
Karen has been a member of the Society of Trust and estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1995.
In 2016 Karen and the Trust and Estates team were announced winner in the Trusts & Estates Advisory Firm of the Year in England category at the Corporate INTL Magazine 2016 Global Awards.
