Richard and his team at Kreston Reeves have looked after us since the business first started in 2003. Having Richard’s guidance and support from the very start of our discussions... More with rEvolution meant Kreston Reeves were advising us during the crucial sale discussions and transaction process. Richard understands the financial aspects, both personal and corporate, and was on hand to help across a huge range of key commercial aspects too. He guided us through the complexities of the transaction focussing on the key issues that matter. Kreston Reeves were always there when we needed them and at times stepped in to handle matters before we knew we needed them! This allowed me to feel I was in safe hands keeping me free to focus on running the business at a very busy time. Merrick Haydon, Managing Director, rEvolution World

We have been engaged on three significant pieces of work with Kreston Reeves this year and I have found the experience of working with Richard and the team extremely positive.... More They have always responded quickly to me and I have found the working relationship to be very effective. Richard especially has been an important sounding board for me, and I place a lot of emphasis on his advice and steer. He understands that as a small company with limited resources decisions need to be taken quickly and pragmatically – clearly distinguishing what is mandatory vs nice to have, and he strikes this balance well. When we launched our global employee share scheme, I spoke to a couple of legal and accountancy firms before Kreston, and yet when we discussed with Emma Beynon at Kreston she made the process clear and transparent, even engaging with the lawyers on my behalf to ensure it was a simple straight forward process with great service. Time permitting, Richard likes to get out on his bike and has cycled from both London to Paris and Land’s End to John O’ Groats. Other interests are diving and skiing, but most of his time outside of work is taken up with his family.
