Vineyard competition – terms and conditions

Vineyard competition

The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We), all Kreston Reeves competitions are run by Kreston Reeves LLP (“Kreston Reeves”) of 37 Margaret’s Street, Canterbury, Kent. 

The prize draw is only open to those who enter by completing the poll card provided at the Vineyard Masterclass. Entries must be made between 15.30-16.30 on Wednesday 19 November 2025. Any entries made after this point will not be counted.  Staff members of Kreston Reeves are not eligible for entry, only people outside of the firm attending the masterclass can take part. 

If Kreston Reeves does amend the competition rules the amended rules will be published on the relevant competition page. 

Correct entries will be added into a prize draw, with the winner being chosen at random (one external winner outside of the firm). 

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants. 

If an advertised prize is not available, Kreston Reeves reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. But Kreston Reeves endeavour to limit any “unnecessary disappointment”.   

We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

The prize is a 2 adults family tickets to Walmer Castle and gardens, Festive fun, at
Kingsdown Road, Deal, CT14 7LJ.  

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

The winner will be notified via email, week commencing 24 November 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond. 

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy found here. Your entry must be your own, it must not be copied, and must not discuss inappropriate or dangerous behaviour, or breach any applicable law or regulation, or breach any confidentiality obligations owed by you to clients and third parties. 

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media channels or Walmer Castle and Gardens. 

Our aim is for the prize to be delivered to the winner before 1 December 2025 however this cannot be guaranteed. Kreston Reeves cannot accept responsibility for the duration of, or any delays, in delivery.
