We're proud to announce that we have been accredited with ‘Exceptional Client Service’ in a recent client care survey provided by Investors in Customers (IIC). The survey was open to all clients and completed by more than 500 of the firm's personal and business clients.
IIC is one of the UK’s leading customer experience consultancies, working with a large number of commercial organisations and professional services firms.
IICs’ analysis of the survey benchmarked our services against other professional services firms, and commercial companies in the form of a 1, 2 or 3 star rating. We're delighted to have been accredited with a 3 star rating which is a significant achievement with fewer than 15% of organisations achieving this rating at their first attempt.
The survey has allowed us to identify what is considered to be most important to their clients when providing a service to them. The insight that we have gained from the survey results has been invaluable and will continue to be a critical tool for the firm's client service provision going forward.
