Andrew Tate, Partner and Head of Restructuring, was invited as a guest on the Kent Business Show (formally Chris & Co): KMTV’s business programme debating the topical issues of the day.

Andrew’s key focus was discussing Boots planned closure of 200 retail stores in response to as the chain’s boss comment that saying it is “the right thing to do” during “challenging” times.

Andrew focused on:

  • Why Boots is restructuring,
  • The method of restructure; and
  • The continued struggle of the High Street.
