Celebrating sustainability at the Sussex Chamber Business Awards 2025

On 27 June, the Sussex Chamber Business Awards 2025 brought together the region’s leading businesses to celebrate excellence and showcased the innovation driving meaningful change through enterprise.

We were extremely proud to sponsor and judge the Green Business of the Year category.  which recognises organisations that place sustainability at the heart of their operations.

Congratulations to Wightman & Parrish, the winner of this category and to the University of Sussex, and Marshall Tufflex, our impressive runners up, for their strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Wightman & Parrish stood out for their comprehensive approach to sustainability – implementing green practices across all areas of their business, from reducing carbon emissions to promoting sustainable products and ethical sourcing.  Their success is a powerful example of how commercial growth can go hand-in-hand with environmental stewardship.
