Jihad Karambizi named ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’

Our corporate Finance M&A Associate Director Jihad Karambizi has been crowned ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’ at the annual South East Dealmakers Awards.

Judges hail Karambizi as “a very impressive and adaptable young dealmaker… a welcome force in the dealmaking community.”

Jihad joined the team in 2023 and has quickly made an impact on the firm’s corporate finance practice and our clients.

The award was given for his involvement in various transactions including the sale of Orchard Plumbing Ltd to an Employee Ownership Trust and the MBO of W W Martin Ltd.
