Kreston Reeves advises on DMH Stallard merger

Richard Spofforth and the team at Kreston Reeves have been pleased to advise Top 100 law firm DMH Stallard on the due diligence process in the merger with regional law firm Rawlison Butler, announced today (8 August 2017). For more details of the merger please click here.

The merger, which takes effect in September, creates a leading regional law firm operating in Surrey, Sussex and London, with more than 350 people.

Speaking about Kreston Reeves’ work in preparation for the deal, Richard Spofforth says: “I am pleased that we were able to draw on the expertise of our specialist tax and VAT teams, and colleagues in our professional practices group across Kent, London and Sussex to undertake this work for the merger.
